Growing Somewhere sprang from a collective yearning for connection within the vibrant tapestry of music scenes we encountered. Fueled by our vision to cultivate a creative sanctuary where artists could unite, harmonize, and share their craft, our odyssey unfolded.

It all began when tomteahouse embarked on a cross-country escapade in his beloved '93 Chevy G20 van, affectionately christened 'Louise.' During this sojourn, he authentically captured the essence of Growing Somewhere, crafting the first demo videos alongside his bandmate and confidant, Alva Vaz. These initial recordings marked the genesis of our project.
